CNC Installation & Geometric Verification (Iron Gray Project), EDS managed the installation and commissioning of CNC equipment for Eaton's new manufacturing facility in San Luis Potosi. Machines with Cincinnati, Heller, and DMG MORI controls were rigged, leveled from the base pads, and geometrically verified for runout, parallelism, and squareness. Identified APC repeatability issues on older machines and retrofitted air-pressure seating sensors to verify pallet position before cycle start.
Program Optimization, G54 work coordinate adjustments and program modifications across Cincinnati, Heller, and DMG MORI platforms to stabilize dimensional output.
